The staff is being brilliantly friendly and pretty friendly. The location is favourable and incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from Archaeological Museum of Thera.

The room was spotless and had satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe as pictured in advertising. The bathroom I had was excellant. The pool area was nice and the location was great and lovely, close enough to the island of santorini and numerous restaurants and shops-right by the Cliffside with the view of the caldera...

Hotel Horizon was an ideal choice for us, being about ten minutes walk from the centre of Fira while at the same time being quiet and offering attractive distant views over the sea to the east. The facilities were fairly simple (but included coffee-making equipment and an exceptionally large balcony), well-priced and extremely clean. Anna, the proprietress, was very friendly and helpful. This was an ideal choice for us and could not have been bettered.

The location of the spa is excellent, very close to Fira Square and the center of Fira, and the nearby bus station. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are nicely decorated, air-conditioned, with sea view and great service. I appreciated the presence of a coffee maker and a terrace in the room.

The hotel has been refurbished and the general comfort and atmosphere is lovely. The staff is friendly and the hotel is at the correct distance frim the town centre in order to enjoy both quiet and walking distance to the Caldera. Overall, excellent value for money.
